I stayed in the Executive Twin Room. The room had a minibar stocked with water and juice. Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold options. Staff helped me book a tour to a nearby attraction.
The elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours.

Mixed Feelings About the stay
The staff WAS very helpful at reception.
The room size felt too small for the price I paid, AND the hotel should not advertise itself as a 4-star hotel. I think it is more like a 2-star hotel. It woke me up several times .

The location was super convenient! it was easy to get around, and I found lots of great restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I slept soundly every night. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, I got fresh fruit everyday!
The gym was smaller than I expected and had limited equipment, it was a little bit disappointing. My room faced an inner courtyard, so there wasn't much of a view. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was spotty at times, and it made it hard to stream videos, it got annoying

i found the location very convenient. i could easily reach various attractions. the breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes. the pho station was a real highlight!!! the room provided a comfortable stay. it had amenities, for instance, a safe and minibar.
the executive double room was a bit small. it was still manageable, though.

small room poor breakfast
The room i was assigned was quite small. it barely had space to move around, especially with luggage. the breakfast selection could have been better. I found it lacking in variety and the quality wasn't consistent.
